BEIJING, March 7 (Xinhua) -- At the ongoing "two sessions," China's annual sessions of its top legislature and political advisory body, held in Beijing, capital of China, Xinhua correspondent Fu Tian invited ambassadors to China to share their views on the draft outline of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
