Petitioners want another nudist beach in Sydney
Australian News.Net Wednesday 19th November, 2008 (ANI)
Melbourne, November 19 : A nudist group have sent a petition bearing 1000 signatures to the government in support of another nude beach in Sydney.
The demand to have the right to bare it all had been backed by most of the public who favoured the notion with 91 percent of their votes in the Southern Courier online poll, reports the Daily Telegraph.
Representatives from the NSW Free Beach Action Group, who sought support from higher authorities, delivered the petition to Randwick Council, the Deputy Premier, Carmel Tebbutt, and the Local Government Minister, Barbara Perry.
Action group member Katina Mellado suggested the chances of an afforded trial of Little Congwong beach as a nudist area, which has been snubbed by Randwick councillor Robert Belleli.
Katina said: "If we can have it for a couple of years, we can show you we are not the evildoers we are being made out to be; we are not indecent or immoral, and if we didn't do any harm in the last 40 years, why now?"

Petitioners want another nudist beach in Sydney
I would think that a family orientated beach would have priority over a nude beach. As I was told by a nudist, “the body is beautifull”. She apparently saw something I didn’t ? Some of these people must be visually challenged ??
